Leaving Early?

IF NONE OF THOSE APPLY, YOU WILL BE EXPECTED TO CONTINUE PAYING RENT UNTIL A NEW TENANT MOVES IN, fulfill any obligations upon vacating premises according to your Lease Agreement, and be responsible for Real Estate commissions which equal half of one month’s rent. (Paragraphs 25 and 26 of your lease agreement)
